The opening performance of the NEW GENEROUS project involved interactive sound compositions. The authentic sound in the room defined by the subjective movement was translated into new sonic environments. This resulted in new new movement in the room and hereby af there was a transformation from subject energy into the collective.
New Generous sees the club scene as a fertile ground for a new and compelling movement that will disrupt the way we move and interact within club life, everyday life and society. Based in contemporary dance and performance practices NEW GENEROUS is an initiative set to expand awareness in the collective space. A space where physical exploration leads the way for interaction. We aim for a dance-centred community-feel club scene and wish to broaden the space of the club – what it can be and contain. But the potential impact sees no limit, it applies to all spaces, to all people and to all matters of life.
