"Tradition" is an audiovisual work that views the concept of 'tradition' as an obstacle to change. This viewpoint is explored through the deconstruction and manipulation of the traditional Turkish instrument 'Saz', accompanied by synthetic textures created from recordings in laboratories using CRISPR technology. Thus, a metaphorical manipulation of the DNA of tradition occurs, creating an interaction between past and future. Similarly, the visual part is based on traditional and natural videos of nature, and by using a visual manipulation technique called 'data moshing', a synthetic universe is created that, together with the music, offers a complete experience of a manipulated reality.

In 2023, the work was showcased at Radar in Aarhus, where it was scaled up to their multichannel sound system, allowing a full concert hall to experience it. In Denmark, it has also been exhibited at CAKI's conference 'Arts education and future cultural life 2022' at DKDM in October 2022, and at SDMK's 'Good Music Festival' in November 2022. Internationally, it was exhibited in December 2022 at TEDMA's (The European Digital Music Academy) conference 'INTERSECTIONS - exploring the common ground between music and technology', which took place at SPOT in Groningen, Netherlands.
