"If you stop moving, you can hear the rumble" is shaped by the movement in the space. Movement manipulates the sound universe, creating two different states. In stillness, the listener can find themselves in a reality composed of hyper-current recordings of crises happening in the world we live in. In movement, the listener is enveloped by dreamy and manipulated soundscapes. Movement, in its simplicity, will contaminate and disturb the listener's ability to hear and relate to reality. The work stages a space for reflection, where the listener is able to distance themselves from reality by moving within the space.
